Neat Repeats - Consignment Guidelines

- Consignments are by appointment only. Please call/text Julie at 617-448-8624 during business hours (Tuesday – Sunday).

 - The consignment period is 60 days.  Items are discounted 25% after 30 days.  You will receive 40% of the selling price.

 - The consignment period for designer bags and formal gowns is 180 days.  These items are discounted 25% after 90 days.  You receive 50% of the selling price.

 - Store credit can be used at any time with an additional 15% discount.  Checks will be cut only on balances over $25.

 - There is a nominal, one-time $5 fee for new consignors due at your first appointment.

 -   We accept 20 pieces of clothing and 10 other items (bags, shoes) per visit.

 - We accept only clean, freshly laundered items, with no stains, tears, missing buttons, musty or smoky smell, with minimal signs of wear.  They must be in good condition and current styling and ready for the sales floor. 

 -   Neat Repeats will do an initial inspection of merchandise during your appointment.  If during pricing we find stains or damage, we will donate the items without notice.  

 - Any item that needs to be steamed will incur a $1 per item charge.

 - Items that can wrinkle should be brought in on hangers; Other items can be folded and brought in a bin or laundry basket.

 - Please check carefully for stains, holes, and pilling.

 - Some brands we cannot accept: Walmart, Target, some Kohls brands, Old Navy, Forever 21, Dress Barn, H&M, Shein/Temu and other fast fashion brands that we feel we cannot compete with due to price.

 - After the 60-day consignment period, items should be picked up within 10 days. Please give us 24 hours notice to gather your items.

- Merchandise is left at Consignor’s risk and Neat Repeats is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
